The Merit™ Spherical is a high-performance trail helmet built around the ball-and-socket motion of Spherical™ technology to provide incredible ventilation, deep coverage, and luxurious comfort. Helmets with Spherical technology offer more complete performance and protection thanks to the MIPS® Brain Protection System, where the outer layer of the helmet pivots over the inner layer like a ball joint in its socket to redirect rotational impact energy. Progressive lamination also helps absorb impacts at both high and low speeds. Massive vents are combined with channels in the EPS foam shell, creating incredible airflow through the helmet to dissipate heat, even on long climbs in warm weather. Adjustments are quick and easy with the Roc Loc® Trail Air fit system, and the comfortable Ionic+™ padding offers exceptional sweat absorption while fighting odors with its permanent antimicrobial properties. With all these features, it's an ideal choice for intense pedaling and fast, smooth riding on the trails.
