Products sold through the Velozone Shop are covered by the warranties provided by their respective companies. Velozone Shop can assist the customer with the warranty or handle it themselves once the product has been received. Velozone Shop will cover the shipping costs to the supplier. Proof of purchase will be required. The product must also be clean.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. If the return is made after 10 days but before 15 days, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued for items purchased on sale. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear or use. The item must be clean upon return. Certain items (for example, cycling shorts or underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed after the product has been received and inspected at the Velozone store. Unless the product is defective, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. In the event of a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs.

To make a return, please send an email to Email info@boutiquevelozone.ca with the subject line: "Return." Boutique Velozone will then send you their contact information and a return number that must be written on the box. Need help?
